Ward was born at MonroeLouisianaon 14 April1976. Monroe Christian School was her private Christian primary school. In secondary educationWard went to Ouachita Parish High School. She later transferred to River Oaks High School on the summer after her senior year. There she was on the dance and drill team. She did a brief stint at Northeast Louisiana University after graduating. Ward quit high school at 13 years old to begin modeling. After a few years, she decided to try her hand at acting. In the 1970s, she first appeared in an uncredited role in the soap-opera All My Children and was later a part of the short-lived NBC Prime-time teen drama Malibu Shores. She landed the role of Meg Cummings, a virgin on Sunset Beach in 1996. In 1999 she started a film career. She starred as a character in The In Crowd as psychotic Brittany Foster. It wasn't a major movie in theaters however, it was a huge success in the home and on cable. Ward played a part as a character in Shallow Hal in the year that followed, and played a supportive role. Other credits for her acting include several direct-to DVD films as well as guest roles in TV shows, including Friends. In 2009she was cast in the role of Chloe Kmet kothe mother of an unnamed gymna in the ABC Family drama series Make It or Break It being a part of the main cast during the series' first two seasons. In terms of her private life, she is married to David C. Robinson. With him they had Cameron.
